Painter
Responsibilities
- Surface preparation: Responsible for preparing painting surfaces by cleaning walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint. This includes filling cracks and joints with putty, plaster, or other suitable materials to ensure a smooth finish.
- Application of paint and finishing touches: Applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. This also involves providing final touch-ups and clean-up after the job is done.
Requirements
- Experience and skills: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in professional painting. Must possess knowledge of various painting techniques. Skill in using painting tools and equipment is essential.
- Physical fitness and safety compliance: Must be in good physical condition to stand, climb ladders, and bend for extended periods. Adherence to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE) is required to ensure a safe working environment.
